Terms of cancellation
With your reservation at the hotel Starennest you conclude a guest accommodation contract, whose essential content is determined by § 535 BGB. This contract is binding for both parties. A cancellation of your booking is free of charge up to 28 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after will be charged with 80% of the confirmed accommodation rate. (According to the recommendation of the German hotel and restaurant association).
Of course we try to let the unused room to another guest if possible, in order to avoid losses. The cancellation fees are only charged if we were unable to allocate the room to other guests.
Our security package for you
Just in case that you cannot hold your booking, insure yourself with a one-off payment of 4% of the confirmed price!
If you pay into the security package, you won't have to pay cancellation fees! The payment has to be placed within 7 days of the booking and the security package can only be booked up to 30 days prior to arrival.
You will receive the bank details for the payment on request.
